However, I can exemplify the work I have done in the previous week - editing the music video.
The process began with exporting all the animation clips as .avi video files, and then the still illustrations as .png image files. These then had to be arranged on the timeline in Final Cut Pro. I chose to just use the audio from the animations to form the audio for the video, and fill in the gaps with the slices of the song I did not animate to. Overlays have also been applied to certain scenes - namely the 'present' scenes, and the scenes in which Viva-1 has nasty intentions.
Once I had finished and rendered the edit, I exported it, and then bought the exported version back into Final Cut, so I could use the Desaturate video filter to convert it to greyscale.
Once I had exported this version of the film to a .mov video format, I attempted to upload it to YouTube...
...however, the upload failed! This may have been due to a simple connection error.
I attempted a second upload, with the same information input. It took it's time, but eventually the video did indeed upload in full HD. I now await any feedback on Facebook, Google+ and YouTube.
The video can be found here.
